Hi, I want to create a knitting group with friendly, multi-nationality keen knitters in Brisbane city especially for those new migrants who find it hard to blend into existing "old-fashion-minded" knitting groups (my opinion). I can speak English, Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese and other dialects, would love to learn more languages. I also want to encourage more young people to learn and love knitting as a hobby rather than fiddling with electronics all the time. Our meeting place is a huge community area (penthouse) that overlook the Gabba, just bring your own food and drinks and yarn. There are plenty of couches around.
