We currently meet on every Wednesday, but alternate locations: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month we are usually at Barnes & Nobles on PCH (but check calendar for correct info!). Sometimes we have to meet at another location instead of Barnes and Nobles, but hopefully in the start of the new year (2009), we will be there steadily! On the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays we meet at Liscat, a great knitting shop off Carson and Village Way (see Calendar for address). Time: 6:30-9 p.m. Come be a part of our group! New people don't be shy!
We are a very friendly bunch of people, who love to laugh, share knitting patterns & advice, cry over our knitting woes, help each other and make new friends. We have a bunch of crocheters too! We welcome all levels of experience. Some of our members even have their own knitting blogs. Among our ranks we have teachers, artists, athletes, mothers, engineers, government officials, you name it. Join the Long Beach Knitters each week, where the knitting rocks!
