An outboard boat engine, for instance, is in Puerto Rico. The winning bidder must make arrangements to pick it up or ship it here, De Armas said.Bidders can't take home the items until Thursday and have to pay the full amount Wednesday on totals of less than $10,000. For the more expensive stuff, a deposit is required and full payment is due by Friday.Robert Barsky was at the jewelry counter Tuesday, looking over the watches, rings and bracelets.
