Jersey City is moving on to part two of its efforts to reclaim its streets from tons of snow.

Residents can take a photo of the pothole submit it directly through the app. In addition to registering potholes, residents can identify a range of constituent concerns via the app directly to the Resident Response Center. Examples include graffiti, loud noise, garbage, and more. To report a pothole, residents can also call the RRC at 201-547-4900 or visit the city website at JerseyCityNJ.gov and scroll down to find the RRC logo and online request form.
