In November of 2009 our group started meeting at Starbucks, we've made Caps for Cancer for the local hospital, started a patch blanket to one day be donated to a local womans shelter and have made friendships. Our group is pretty cozy, and definitely friendly. We've since moved to a local coffee shop that makes super coffee, has occasional live music playing, and even has wine and beer!

Five of us showed up to The Cup, two knitters, one crocheter and one beginner (the fifth was there to keep us company!).
In the backroom was a live jazz band followed by a cover band. Plenty of seating, good coffee, and tasty snacks.

Our last meet was a great turn out, we even had a male appearance! It was a lot of fun and I can smell some new friendships brewing. Looking forward to new members!
Nice group of 20-30somethings, open to teach and learn! Cool meeting place with comfortable couches and a nice ambiance. Ill keep going =)
